HOW IT WORKS
Magnesium acts at different metabolic levels:
- in the form of ions binds to cellular ATP molecules, enhancing their metabolic bioavailability to provide the body with adequate amounts of readily available energy;
- there are more than 300 enzymes in the body that require magnesium ions to do their job well, including those involved in DNA and RNA synthesis;
- is involved in the management of calcium reserves within muscle cells and thus, albeit indirectly, acts on the contraction and relaxation of the relevant fibres, mechanisms that are precisely related to the presence of calcium, another essential mineral;

RECOMMENDED MODE OF USE
