HOW IT WORKS

Magnesium acts at different metabolic levels:

• in the form of ions binds to cellular ATP molecules, enhancing their metabolic bioavailability to provide the body with adequate amounts of readily available energy;
• there are more than 300 enzymes in the body that require magnesium ions to do their job well, including those involved in DNA and RNA synthesis;
